Do you take insurance ?
At this time, we are only accepting private pay. We are diligently working on credentialing with all major insurance providers to include: Cigna, Aetna, United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, and Tricare.
if you go to the teams tab, each provider will have the accepted insurance listed in their profile.

Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes! At this time Cadencia is fully online.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is fully disclosed in our intake paperwork and we ensure flexibility to meet your needs. We ask for 24hrs notice for canceling an appointment. No call, No show appointments will be charged $50 baring extenuating circumstances. Please reach out to your provider as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

What happens during a initial appointment?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

How often do we meet?
This will depend on what you and your provider decided. After a discussion of what your treatment goals are, you can decide if you would like to meet weekly, biweekly ect. It is recommended that weekly appointments are scheduled initially.

Do you prescribe medication?
No, our current providers do not prescribe nor provide medication management.

How long does it take to hear back?
Best practice is 48 hrs to respond. Our email is not monitored 24/7. If there is an emergency please reach out to the appropriate crisis services.

Is therapy confidential?
Absolutely. There are only a few circumstances where providers must break confidentiality. At the initial appointment, you and your provider will discuss all of the exceptions that may exist. Outside of legal obligation and mandatory reporting, communication with outside parties can only happen if you sign a release of information.

How can I tell if a therapist is a good match for me?
Everyone has different needs and preferences. It is important to understand that not every therapist is going to be a match and that’s okay! Please schedule a 15 minute consultation to connect with a provider.

How long will appointments last?
A typical therapy appointment will last about 50 minutes.

How long do you keep my records
Generally, all information from sessions will be kept for 7 years post discharge. Please consult with your provider for case specific questions.
